Location was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Not the best.

Disliked:In arrival I was helped by a gentleman by the the name of Simon pronounced Simone. He was great. Helped me check-in. Even helped me with day pass for parking. However on entering the room, we were given a room that was partially cleaned. There was plate of food on the table, shopping bags and bottle of water on the side table. This was at no fault to Simon. I went down to reception and the lady gave me a different room on floor 11. Didn’t really empathise with me. It would have been nice to have received an upgrade or partial refund for the inconvenience. The photos below was from our first room on the last leg of the journey.
