Liked:Airport shuttle n convenient location

Disliked:We were given a room on the 3rd floor n when we opened the curtains of our huge windiw to look at the view outside..therefore peoplecdested in chairs relaxing in a kind of courtyard...not happy with that Si ce had unpacked n staying I only a night we did not bother to change room

Great location, great shuttle service, comfortable room.

Disliked:Shower was terrible. Two people gave me incorrect information how to use it. The engineer came to my room to show me. He said there are two different types of showers.

Hotel decor was nice and had visible security.

Liked:Location LAX and convenient shuttle.

Disliked:Our room was next to the service elevator with excessive noise and banging until midnight. This sucked with having to get up at 4am for a flight the next day.
