Liked:Front desk Kelvin was the best. Very helpful and always have a smile for everyone. Breakfast was great. Very convenient airport shuttle. Free parking on-site in LA is a great bonus. Walking distance Persian restaurant Jino Pars is amazing.

Disliked:One of the elevators was not working when we were there

Disliked:Very limited parking. If you plan on going out or check in late you have to make sure to get there early enough to get a parking spot. I was got there around 1am and was lucky enough to get the last spot. Obviously this is not a issue with the staff. The stay itself was nice.

Very poor communication and no parking

Liked:Prior to booking this hotel, I called and spoke to the manager. I told them I’d be gone for 10 days and they said I could park there for free. When I arrive, they said I can only park for the one night before I left for free and they didn’t have any available parking so that left me stranded. I had to sit in the parking lot for over an hour trying to find a new hotel and parking.

Disliked:Poor communication. There is no free parking. Do not stay here.

Liked:Shuttle service was good, breakfast was good for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:We stayed at the hotel twice in three weeks. When we arrived, one of two elevators was broken. Three weeks later it was still broken! You need a minimum of two elevators for a hotel that big!
