Bad experience with the staff at the desk.

Disliked:Frontline staff at the desk were not sure what they were doing. They seem to have made additional booking at the time of check in, though there was already a single booking made through booking.com. They charged my credit card additional booking amount & it had to be cancelled when I questioned of the double booking, but they wouldn’t give any document or paperwork to show the additional booking was cancelled. They also charged double the deposit only to realise after being informed that my bank statement showed $ 600 USD taken rather than $300. I’m still waiting for $ 2100 USD to come back to my account.
