Good Value

Liked:Receptionist was nice, stayed there twice, two nights each time. Parking was inside, a bit tight but nice. Location is good, right in Korea Town not far from Universal and Hollywood. Our first room (our first stay) was newly renovated that was nice.

Disliked:There's a restaurant right by the parking and it smells like fish as soon as you leave the car.

Liked:All the staff were friendly and great. It was convenient for getting around.

Disliked:When I entered the room, there was an overpowering smell of cleaning products. The air conditioner’s temperature couldn't be adjusted, making the room freezing cold, and the TV didn't work from day one; despite my requests for service, the issue remained unresolved until the very end of my stay. Due to the rain, water leaked from the ceiling and pooled on the floor, soaking my carry-on luggage and clothes... I was finally moved to a different room on the last day. Generally, guests look for affordable and cozy accommodations online. Kindness, thoughtfulness, and prompt responses are the kind of service guests value. I hope you will take this into consideration.
