Expected to be better, but all good.

Liked:Location is good. The staff is alright.

Disliked:The hotel, however, did not meet our expectations regarding the quality of the rooms. The hotel could be maintained better.

I would return, breakfast was lovely and location was great

Liked:Location was great. Clean, comfy rooms and the pool was great.

Disliked:When we arrived, 1 of our 2 room was ready (we was early) and they requested $100 plus tip to check in early. Or we waited 1 and 1/2 hours and it was free. We took a walk to Santa Monica and it was time to check in after this. The hotel was lovely but the Lady who checked us in didn’t explain where any of the facilities was. (Thank god there was a text message system which they was really responsive)

Good but service and flexibility didn’t meet expectations

Liked:Breakfast was good with a good range & eggs made to order.

Disliked:We paid extra for late checkout. Cleaner tried to enter room 5 minutes before checkout and 3pm exactly had a call from reception requesting to vacate room or a full night would be payable. Very little flexibility (we checked out at 3:05pm) especially considering later check out fee already paid. We also ended up getting Ubers at night - surrounding area appeared unsafe at night.
