A very comfortable stay and I will be retuning for sure

Liked:Good location with great spots for shopping, coffee and dining. Very friendly staff providing great customer service. I want to shout out the staff in breakfast, 'M' lounge and housekeeping. They are very friendly and hard working and deserve all the praise in the world!

Disliked:I did not like the £150 dollar a night deposit which I discovered after going to my room and getting an alert from my bank upon which I returned to reception to question it. I was checked in by Kevin who was very nice but forgot to mention the $150 deposit per night to me which still doesn't make sense to me as I've stayed at Marriott before and they've never done this. I hope the hotel can also look into if I've been refunded as I'm yet to hear back from them after sending them an email. The coffee machine was also out of order for most of my stay.
