Disliked:Apartment had an odd smell and the air conditioning didn't work correctly, couldn't bring internal temperature to below 80 in the rooms. TV remote didn't work properly, only being able to adjust volume for 2 days out of the 7. Was offered $300 discount on next visit to 1 of 30 different properties for 5 star review (I expect this is why there are good reviews) there is no chance i would book with their properties again

good space in excellent location but tired property with lack of maintenance

Liked:location, parking, ease of use.

Disliked:lights were not all working,air conditioning weak and lay out less than optimal. Furniture tired and not too practical.

Liked:That it had 2- bedrooms/kitchen

Disliked:-Ac not working - had to take turns sleeping in sofa the bedrooms were over 80 degrees entire stay…. - when we arrived to enter parking garage…. Never told us not to pull up to gate …. The gate opens toward car. (You have to pull up to get out of 1- way street and to enter code on key pad… result : gate scrapped the rental car front end(another expense we have to pay for) - photos showed a different location… actually on a busy street with abandoned buildings, people smoking weed below. -photos were deceiving as to proximity of beach and building exterior - mildew in both showers - light not working in hall bath - property owner/manager showed no concern over issues, never sent AC technician out after stating they would be there next day…. After numerous text of me reaching out and complaining how hot the bedrooms were on the last night finally offered to move us after 4- day stay! Will never book thru this site or this person again
