This accommodation is a scam!

Disliked:This listing is a scam! One day before we arrived, the reservation was canceled “due to technical issues.” When I called, the host was extremely rude and uninterested and told me I should just cancel the reservation myself. After I replied that I wouldn’t do that, he emailed me saying he would cancel it himself. However, that didn’t happen. Even after the stay—which never took place because I had to find another place at the last minute—I received a message saying he’d given me a five-star review because I was such a great guest. Totally insane. Now I’ve been communicating with booking.com for hours to get my money back for a stay that never happened. It’s taking a lot of effort, which I also blame on booking.com. We can’t do anything about this ourselves. In any case, never book this apartment!!!

I’ll be back!

Liked:It satisfied all my needs: 2 separate bedrooms, clean and easy check in and right around corner from food and NO HOMELESS PPL.

Disliked:Only minor inconvenience was the operation of elevator. It got stuck not reading code in order to select floor

Liked:Good location

Disliked:We were moved prior to our arrival to a different apartment due to flooding from the apartment above and then when the toilet flooded in the new apartment I rang and was accused of doing something to the toilet. Nobody should be spoken to the way I was, and then hung up on.
