Disliked:Everything is fine maybe late night noisy on Friday night and Saturday night from outside the hotel as the area is busy of people

We stayed at the W for 10 nights and my son, who loves hotels has rated this one as his best yet!

Liked:Costumer service was impeccable! From the check-in to check-out process. I had a few questions regarding my stay and although addressed by the customer service representative at the time, someone else followed up just to ensure that my inquiries were adequately addressed. It’s close to everything including The Lego store (maybe not so much a positive as my 5yo doesn’t quite understand the value of money lol)

Loved it!

Liked:Exceptionally clean, great decor, very comfortable. Nice vibe.

Disliked:It can be a little noisy at night due to the location, but it’s a small price to pay for being so close to everything the area offers.

W = wonderful!

Liked:Fabulous hotel in a great location. Breakfast is amazing. Only aspect that better all the above is the staff. Attentive but not over bearing, polite and thoroughly professional. They are what makes the hotel special.

Disliked:It was not long enough.
