Always come back every year!

Liked:Everything was great and always stay here every summer for a few days in central London but this time we were given a room with no windows and just a sky light window that brought in too much light in the morning. And it was a bit unnerving sleeping under a sky light. Other than that it was a great stay.

Disliked:We got caught out on the booking system when booking 1 night ahead of planned stay. The system defaulted to 12 months out. And unfortunately we never added a cancellation fee because our travel plans were firm. When we arrived for check in the staff were unbudgig on amending our dates by the mistaken 12 months and referred us to management. We followed up with management t who also refused. This was disappointing and we've heard that this particular hotel uses this ploy to trick international travelers into paying for bookings tags they can't use. A clever little scheme that we'd like to warn others about.
