Fabulous. So handy for O2

Liked:Very handy for the O2. Spotless. Dyson fan in the room ( although I couldn't get it to go really cold). Staff were lovely

Disliked:It's not that I didn't like it (and I informed reception) but there was no non-slip mat for the shower and it was very slippy.

Friendly staff, modern facilities, and a comfortable stay—an enjoyable experience in Canary Wharf

Liked:I stayed at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf for one night during a trip to London and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities are modern and well maintained, and the room was very clean. I also appreciated how convenient the area is, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within easy walking distance. The property is well connected to public transport, being close to both the Elizabeth and Jubilee lines. However, compared with hotels in central London where I have stayed previously, the location feels a little less central, which may be a consideration for some visitors. As someone who usually stays in traditional hotels in central London, this modern apartment-style accommodation was a refreshing and different experience. While I still personally prefer the atmosphere and services of a traditional hotel, I enjoyed trying something new and found Vertus Edit Canary Wharf comfortable and well designed. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would recommend it to travellers looking for modern accommodation in the Canary Wharf area.

Disliked:No major issues during my stay. However, it would be helpful to provide information at check-in about how to contact reception, as there is no phone in the room. A breakfast option would also be a welcome addition.
