Extremely Disappointing Stay: Promised Second Bathroom Lock and Unrepaired

Liked:Location is great. Easy access to underground, shops, restaurants and mini market. Bright and clean inside the property.

Disliked:We booked this place for 6 adults, expecting two full bathrooms as advertised. Upon arrival, one was locked and out of order. We notified the host, who promised a repairman the next morning—but no one showed up. Our continuous complaints were ignored, forcing 6 adults to share just one bathroom for the entire 6-night stay. This caused major inconvenience and disrupted our trip. The kitchen equipment and utensils were also extremely basic—don't expect to cook proper meals here. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

Liked:Beautiful, high end apartment, with an amazing 'Handyman' Joshua! Without him and his efforts, the trip would have been quite different

Disliked:I arrived at the mews home I booked and it was freezing cold (13 Centigrade) and no hot water- i was told that the property has just been renovated and heating etc are being switched of the first time. Was kept waiting there for 4 or 5hrs, then the Family arrived after their flight and I had to decline to stay at the place.. it was now 15 Centigrade! The Handyman, Joshua was amazing! He moved us to an alternative location and even shifted the luggage! Superstar!!
