Would definitely stay here again.

Liked:The staff were very friendly and I was so impressed that they acknowledged my booking notes and made a kind gesture for me celebrating my birthday. The room we were in had a great view of the shard. Location was great, only a few mins walk to a tube station.

Hotel and facilities fabulous and good value for money. Good location and lots to do. Nice gym and bar facilities.

Liked:Alex the Brazilian concierge was 10/10 - friendly, knowledgeable and good humor. It was a pleasure engaging with him and he provided great tips on navigating London / restaurants/ shows etc.
