Liked:Great hospitality from manager Garry - He find for us better solution, because of great log in English servers many of data was lost, therefore lot of flights was delayed and our booking has been cancelled and when we arrived all acceptable rooms was busy.

Disliked:A lot of doors, but as I mentioned it strongly regulated in GB

Disliked:The rooms were very small and too hot felt like we were in a box . The staff excerlent and greating exceptinal When asking for more pillows they did not arrive . The security good ..it was very clean .

A nice stay overall, but the noise from the tube and the main road was a bit much.

Liked:Location was very good, over looking Tower Bridge. The one bedroom apartment is really big with a kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a good washing machine and fridge-freezer which was nice. Washing up liquid was provided, but not tea towels to dry the dishes and cutlery. Staff at reception were very nice and helpful.

Disliked:I don't want to complain, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, then you won't get it here as the residence is on a extremely busy main road with Tower Hill tube running directly beneath the hotel and it rattles the hell out of the room. Breakfast was very, very disappointing - it is served in a bag dropped outside your room door. A Croissant (with no butter) carton of orange juice, a yogurt with an apple. The corridors on the landings of the hotel are pitch black, if you are visually impaired this is real problem.
