Really comfortable stay .

Liked:Nice welcoming reception area where you sit down for drinks,food or just to chill. All staff at hand for you and they were all friendly and very kind. Reception area was kept very clean. I had a bedroom without a window which was cosy and clean fabulous shower, comfy bed and pillows, coffee and tea provided. Could not hear any doors banging or hear the lifts. Close to Buckingham Palace, half hour nice walk to Big Ben and London Eye. I chose it as not too far from St Thomas’s hospital where I was visiting most of the time I walked there.

Disliked:I cannot think of anything but maybe better signage perhaps a board outside saying Z Hotel.

Very conveniently placed and fair value for central London.

Liked:Staff were superb - welcoming, polite, helpful etc.... The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The HVAC was a lifesaver. Bathroom was good and shower was heavenly. Oh, and we really enjoyed our breakfast - the ambiance was so nice sitting watching the world go by.

Disliked:It was rather like living in a shoebox - our touring caravan has much more floor area.... - we would have liked more work tops and shelves.
