The Perfect place for the perfect visit to London

Liked:The location is the best. The rooms are excuisit! The staff (all of those we met during our stay) were amizingly helpful and polite and did all they can to make our stay be more comfortable and relaxing. This Hotel is amazing.

Stunning luxurious hotel.

Liked:We loved- Stunning decor, friendly staff, the room was tastefully decorated and bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was great in the hot weather. The location is so central. Although the hotel is in a very busy area it is so peaceful and quiet inside. We didn’t like- • The breakfast restaurant was very crowded and chaotic and the eggs we ordered were raw. A service charge was added onto our bill and only when I questioned it, then I was told it was discretionary and I asked for it to be removed. When I am paying for 2 rooms in a 5 star hotel which is expensive I expect 5 star service it shouldn't come with an additional charge it is included in the price. Please consider removing this practice, this is the reason I have stopped staying in The Londoner hotel. It is very off putting.

Beautiful Hotel
