Enjoyed the friendlness but professionalism on entering hotel. Lovely Art Deco vibe.

Liked:Bed comfy and facilities in it good even though we were at the far end of corridor. Did hear 6am noise each morning outside but suppose that can't be helped in busy city.
Disliked:Nothing anything would be picky. Pity Reading Room closed at 5.00. Nice room to crash when you've been out an don't want to go to room immediately and other than main foyer area there was no where else for a pit stop.
