Liked:We have stayed at this hotel many times and also booked three double rooms to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday in London .. the last bit one stay was awful .. they put us in a room opposite the cleaners door which was being banged early morning every 10 minutes.. didn’t get any sleep!.. complained and stayed again early this year and it was dab.. this time we were out in the ground floor.. all we could hear all night was the underground and also had a cleaners door opposite our room which again was banging closed early hours of the morning !!! Surely it’s on record all our stays at this hotel and what’s happened before ????
