Awful…. Will never stay there again. I was told by cab driver that this construction has been ongoing for 2 years!!! And

Liked:Not much. Breakfast was fine. Bathroom towels changed daily.

Disliked:It was surrounded on both sides by major construction and scaffolding! Construction started at 8 AM every day. I told Check In that I did not want to face the front street where I saw construction as the taxi pulled up. She said oh no ma’am we’ll put you on the other side… Where we also had construction. I have pictures and videos of this room and the noise. We were there for three nights… The so-called balcony was solid concrete and who would use a balcony with a construction site next-door anyway? The workmen could actually look straight into the rooms from their vantage point if they chose to…It was a terrible value for something like $700 a night. I was completely disappointed and will never stay there again. The pictures of the room were totally deceiving as it was extremely small.

Staff are great and rooms are clean location fantastic.

Disliked:The air con in the room didn’t work. so we was left at 1:30am in what felt like an oven. Staff brought a tiny old fan to the room. I was unhappy complained ended up getting two Dyson style fans. But wasn’t the point. I felt very dissatisfied with there resolution and there good will was to remove breakfast off our bill. This I feel was not very helpful.
