Additional charges in checking out

Liked:Great hotel in central location - all staff encounter were superb . Rooms very comfortable & well maintained. The hotel was spotless

Disliked:What I did not like on checking out was being told there was a “service charge “ payable for all rooms on top of the agreed price paid in advance . £32 charged as this additional charge. This isn’t mentioned on Booking.com nor was it mentioned when checking in. I find this extremely underhand & sneaky
