Wonderful place to stay but not quite up to the mark given the price

Liked:I really appreciated the tapas hour at The Level (a more expensive part of the hotel). The location of the hotel was ideal for me, and this is a lovely part of London to stay. The breakfast was superb - lots of choice, and a very fancy coffee machine.

Disliked:There was some confusion about a change to the booking and payment which was, in the end, resolved but shouldn't have happened. The room's furnishings (for such an expensive hotel) were a bit shabby: iron burns on the sofa, water stains on the side table. One of our party had trouble with wifi - not necessarily the hotel's fault (although it hadn't happened before for us either.)
