Long weekend break in London

Liked:Very close to Marble Arch underground, Oxford street and Hyde Park … also lovely cafes and restaurants just in the street infront of the hotel - I liked the fact the the hotel is really quiet and the lobby area is great to relax there and also do some work with no distractions at all

Dont go there.

Disliked:I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone. My experience was bad enough that I won't go into it publicly. What I will say is that the way this hotel handles guests when something goes wrong is the real problem, and it's not something a nicer room or a lower rate would fix. There are plenty of other places to stay. Choose one of them.
