Liked:The team made a gesture & had a message for my son on arrival in the room, completely unexpected & some thought had gone into this, suffice to say word of mouth has travelled fast we cant rate it highly enough! Super team great hotel & the only place we will stay from now on for our trips to London ; )

Lawsuit waiting to happen?

Liked:Does this tub/shower look safe? It is not. I am an average 5’4” and the lip of the tub comes up above my knee. Even with the provided rubber mat (which I hope they sanitize) it is very easy to slip getting in or out. I held onto the towel rack but still slipped a bit coming out and twisted my back. We are in the middle of our 6 day stay and everyday I’m afraid to shower lol. I am also enjoying our view of the brick wall. We stayed here last year in the same class of room but it had a non-hazardous shower and it also had a street view. For $970 a night I’m really surprised at what we received. The 3 stars is because the service is still lovely - each staff member should be commended for their professionalism. My husband has a Langham loyalist but he says that for next year’s London trip it’s going to be the Park Hyatt for us!
