Generally very good but a couple of minor issues

Liked:Great location for Royal Albert Hall and museums. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Clean and comfortable room with effective air conditioning and amazingly comfortable bed

Disliked:Only one very small lift that was inconsistent and very slow. Not enough for the size of hotel. A little bit cheeky that only after booking they tell you about an "optional" service charge that was not insignificant
