Great location and good facilities for price. Would stay again in cooler weather

Liked:Last minute stay on a very hot day Good location and very friendly receptionist Austin. Would have been nice to have been upgraded to the cooler room, but already over budget. Fan in room not much of a match for 30 degree heat but would be great in more temperate weather! Good shower.

Disliked:Couldn’t get TV to work and only one of each tea bag and one water (would have been great to provide more due to extreme heat) Qs london tap water is grim.

Brilliant Hotel, the best staff.

Liked:The room was very modern and spacious, the bathroom was lovely and everything was very clean. There was lots of space and and iron in the room as well as a fridge, which was brilliant. The staff was exceptionally caring and friendly. Everyone looked after me and made me feel very safe and welcome.
