Great staff good rooms but the gym was outdated and the restaurant selection was limited

Disliked:The price was too expensive for what the hotel offered. Gym was beyond basic and location was not the best in London.

The value for money was not met here, and I arrived with high expectations

Liked:I would like to commend the service team, as all of my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Location of the hotel is great too.

Disliked:Room 4009 – in appearance, it was very similar to an apartment or a small, average-looking flat that could be rented for a much lower price. Additionally, the room faced directly onto the neighboring building/windows and the balconies of the sister hotel’s rooms, and it had no natural daylight. I had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy, so I spent my entire stay in a rather dark room. The pool in the wellness area was too cold. Before bedtime – in the evening – the room was not 'bedtime prepared' as it typically is in hotels of this category
