Excellence at every level. You get what you pay for and I'd pay again.

Liked:This hotel is truly exceptional on every level. Polished staff and personal attention. You are escorted to your room for checking in. The hall carpets and lifts are pristine. The furnishings in the room are first rate - linens, lighting, mini bar, coffee and tea. The heated bath floor and automatic toilet (also heated seat) was a hoot too. Unfortunately we neglected to take photos of the public spaces but they are as you'd expect. You really want for nothing. Upon departure, we had notified them that the shower door was leaking. Not a big deal, but just trying to be helpful. For our "inconvenience" we were refunded 300 GBP. Unnecessary but what a touch. One of out top 5 hotel experiences for certain.
