Important Information

Check-in is at 3pm, however the hotel will store any luggage for early arrivals. Should your room be available, you will be provided with keys immediately. To guarantee early arrival your room will need to be reserved from the night prior to arrival at the cost of one night’s accommodations. Please let the hotel know your expected time of arrival. Check-out time is 12 noon, but the hotel are happy to extend your check out time (subject to availability.) Please let the hotel know your anticipated time of departure if possible. If the hotel is exceptionally busy they do reserve the right to charge a late check-out fee. Extra beds are ONLY available in Junior and Executive Suites and not in any Standard rooms. Please be aware that on arrival at the hotel a credit or debit card or cash deposit must be provided for a pre charge/ authorization for the accommodations and for any extras. As a standard hotel policy, upon arrival an amount of £50.00 per night will be temporarily pre authorized on your card or taken as cash deposit towards any extras during your stay with us. Anything that is not used will be released from your card upon your departure from the Hotel. A deposit may be required at the property.

Liked:We only stayed at The Chesterfield Mayfair for one night, but it definitely made an impression! The location was excellent, and our room was very comfortable. We especially loved the bed, the incredibly soft pillows, and the cozy robes. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, gave us great recommendations for dinner, and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We only wish we had been able to stay longer! We would absolutely stay at The Chesterfield Mayfair again and plan to spend more time here on our next trip to London.

Liked:The location was great, the room was fine.

Disliked:The room was bit small and old fashioned. It needed some upgrading - e.g. the trim on the wall paper/cloth around the air-conditioning vent was dirty and needed to be cleaned or replaced.
