Spa Facilities Fell Short of Expectations

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea Spa Hotel. The suite was lovely, very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful riverside view. The room service was excellent, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, and the food was really good. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the suite made the stay feel extra special. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Spa Hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Disliked:I was disappointed with the spa facilities. For a spa hotel, I expected a more luxurious and complete experience. The sauna and steam room were very small and located inside the female changing room, which made the facilities feel quite limited. The pool was okay, but there was no jacuzzi, which I found surprising for a hotel offering a spa experience.
