Spoilt by unfulfilled promise of complaint resolution.

Disliked:Sunday 15th March, Mother's day. Breakfast. This was a fiasco for us and many other guests. Things happen and we raised our concern via restaurant manager, receprionist and, finally duty manager. Agreed resolution was a refund for half of the cost of breakfast, which was paid as an extra. Used hotel message syatem to ask for confirmation of the refund, twice, nothing. Phoned, got same manager, promised refund was in hand. Friday 27th March, nothing. Things go wrong but when the promised resolution does not materialise promptly this is unforgiveable. Also, whilst registering our complaint with reception the phone rang and the receptionist interuppted our conversation and answered it.
