Great stay! Great location - will be back again next time in London.

Liked:Location is great. Really spacious.

Disliked:The mattresses were really uncomfortable but that’s the only fault I have with the whole property.

Liked:Very nice big rooms , kitchen very good , all what you needed was there . Very clean , good location.

Very disappointed

Liked:Response is very slow before check-in, after check-in, there’s no response at all. The facilities are very poor: the light of the living room is broken and keeps flickering when it’s open. The blankets in the bedroom are very damp, and the heater is broken and hasn’t been turned on when we are stay. Except the location, all poor.

uncomfortable stay

Disliked:I received a message to pick up the key at 3 p.m., but no one was there at that time. We had just got off a long trip, which made us very stressed, especially because no information was given to us. I called the office and was told to contact the owner, but the owner never answered the phone. I waited another 20 minutes before someone finally dropped off the key — without any apology. The cleaning on the day also seemed rushed. The bed sheets and duvet covers were not ready, so we had to make the beds ourselves. Towels were left scattered on the floor, which made the place feel uncomfortable and not ready for our stay.
