Very noisy and warm (no aircon), but given the value, to be expected.

Liked:The location was really good, very central to Shoreditch. The room had everything we needed, shower/bathroom and a bed, we didn't need much else than that.

Disliked:The air con wasn't working, so it was really hot in the room. There was only 1 window that opened, so you couldn't cool it down either. The street it's on is extremely loud, whilst the location is great, it comes with significant noise, and as the aircon doesn't work, you want the window open. Even with the window closed, it was too loud. They need to put in double glazing. The bedsheets weren't ironed, which made the whole place feel a little unclean (although I'm sure the sheets were clean). The room is a bit tired, it needs some TLC, but saying all of this, it was quite cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Disliked:BEWARE!!!! The property is so irresponsible and so pathetic in service. There was no ventilation in the room and even the escalator stopped working multiple times. I had to make my elderly parents step down from stairs with their knee problem, the only reson I booked the stay for. Their dishwasher machine broke down on usage and they have wrongly held my deposit of 200 pounds. I am chasing the property and the booking.com since a month. They have been so bad. Please stay away from this property. Even booking.com priortises the property. And you will loose all your deposit.
