Liked:The location of the hotel is absolutly perfect, surrounded by a lot of cafés and restaurants. It's also clean, convinient and beautiful. The biggest positive we can say is the service from all the staff. We traveled with my sister who uses a wheelchair, and despite the hotel not being fully accessible the staff did everything the could to accomodate us and make the stay perfect, we were in contact with them before our holiday and the close contact continued during our stay. We especially want to compliment Afroza for being incerdibly kind and accomidating. Everyone else in the staff were also very kind and welcoming. Will definitely come back on our next trip.
