Disliked:The check out wasn’t great. I opted for an electronic invoice and in other Radissons this is done quickly. 24hrs later and I still don’t have a copy. And the responses to my request lack customer service ethos

Dirty rooms

Disliked:My stay at this Radisson Blu was disappointing due to the poor level of cleanliness. When I arrived, the room was not properly cleaned — there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. What made it worse is that the same issues were still there even after housekeeping cleaned the room the next day. Several colleagues staying in other rooms experienced similar problems, so this doesn’t seem to be an isolated case. For a Radisson Blu hotel, you expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and overall room preparation. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations.
