Disappointed

Liked:Close to subway. Beds were comfortable

Disliked:Upon our arrival, we paid for our stay. Upon checking.my bank I found out they had changed us twice. After I alerted them to the fact they mistakenly refunded both pay.ents. Then they took another after realising the .mistake. Thinking it was now all sorted upon checkout they said we owed payment for the cist of the holiday. **@@*** . One day they never even made up our room or Change the towelling even though requested. All in all quite poor service

Liked:Location is great for exploring London. Clean and tidy. Quiet at night.

Disliked:Rooms are very small with no air conditioning. It was 27 degrees when we visited and the room was uncomfortably hot... a fan was supplied and that helped a little but not much. No fridge in the room and no bottled water supplied. For the price per night there were a few of these little extras that would have been nice. A nice hotel but not the best value for money.
