Disliked:The trademill was broken and they didn’t bother fixing it. Slow and problematic wifi. They allow people to sit and stand outside while smoking

Have stayed for two weeks in total since November and pleased with my choice.

Liked:Hotel runs very well. Location n facilities are excellent.

Disliked:Many staff are excellent (including domestic) but just one or two at Reception were quite sharp/dismissive. Some bathroom fittings and water drainage needing a definite upgrade in a hurry.
