Disliked:The property is unlike the photo it is old paint old furniture the shower water was leaking all the night and the water machine working all the night because of the leaking it was annoying and when i told the owner he did nothing , second day half of the electricity was off i dont know why and the owner was very late to come and check . After all this bad experience the owner refused to give late check out for 1 extra hour . It was a bad choice

34-36 and 37 Clarges Street Check-in: Please proceed to 34-36 Clarges street W1J 7EH. Call the House Manager approximately 15 minutes before arriving at the apartment. The House Manager would then meet you at the apartment for the check-in. Please keep in mind that there is no reception area in the building. Contact details will be provided after booking. Alternatively, should you be unable to call, please proceed to Shaw House, 6 Chesterfield Street, Mayfair, London, W1J 5JQ to collect the keys. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), there will be ample hand soap and hand gel in every bathroom and toilet. Towels in the apartment will be changed daily. Linen will be changed as often as guests request it to be done. The property will provide guests with an unlimited supply of masks and gloves. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the property can arrange for a daily food delivery service for guests who are self isolating. Fresh water will be available for all guests in the apartment daily.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
