Nice staff. Very noisy, not the cleanest

Liked:Hotel was in a good location and staff were lovely.

Disliked:Stains on carpet. Very loud in the evenings from the road. Although we had breakfast included we were unable to request room service delivery without having to pay for the breakfast again instead of a tray charge.
