Liked:The first night there was a small gift in the room to welcome us and congratulate us on our anniversary. We had a lovely room but some building mechanical issues made noise throughout the night and needed repair. We spoke next morning to the staff and without hesitation they moved us to a spectacular room on an upper floor. The were friendly and very focused on our experience. The gym facilities are terrific. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of the West End.

Good hotel

Liked:Location is perfect, breakfast is amazing, staff is professional.

Disliked:Room i was placed did not match the pictures on booking, it faced the crowded and loud at night street looking at Wellington pub. Room was very small and uncomfortable so we asked to change it, only the next evening we were relocated. Our new room was great and matched the booking pictures. We also got charged for room services for the each night and we were not informed about it prior. The sad part is we were charged for the first night we didn't check-in yet due to flight delays. Management could have made a gesture or compliment us somehow but never did.
