Liked:Every one at reception goes above and beyond! Lovely people, attentive and helpful. Also, rooms were silent and comfortable.

Disliked:Internet wasn’t that great. Had to use my own hotspot to take a work meeting as wifi wouldn’t be strong enough

Comfortable and enjoyable

Liked:The staff was very friendly, kind and professional, the room was big and comfortable for 4 people. The shower was amazing, clean, hot. The air conditioning was also great since we had the choice to adjust it to our liking. The double bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is nice, there are cafes just down the road, pubs, the lower marsh market and it’s close to Big Ben, the London eye, the jubilee line and many buses which take you all around London. The room was quiet and we felt safe.

Disliked:The double bed/couch was uncomfortable. The hand towels were limited to non existent, but that’s easily fixable by just asking the stuff for some. The location may be close to Big Ben but it’s quite far from other locations such as soho, Piccadilly square etc.
