Liked:Very good breakfast choice.

Disliked:The bedroom was classed as a ‘Wow Suite’ however, for the size of the room the bed should have been larger. The bathroom was in need of a refurbishment. The room was overpriced and did not represent good value.

Disliked:Arrived late on check in date to be told that Air conditioning units in half of the hotel was out of order on the hottest day of the summer so far. Told at reception that it was a lottery to get a room with working air con and could offer a stand alone unit. This only blew the hot air around the room as you couldn’t open a window. The manager promised compensation multiple times that we are still waiting on receiving. Rooms outdated and a maze to find also. Would consider other property’s before calling this place 5 star.

Very disappointing

Liked:Good location, clean rooms

Disliked:Lack of staff accountability.. air conditioning broken in room, for two nights, so that the noise coming from it was unbearable and couldn’t sleep. When I asked for this to be resolved, nothing happened and the teams didn’t communicate effectively with one another to get any help. Chaotic breakfast service and poorly laid out breakfast room with lots of trip hazards and broken coffee machines, so queue for coffee right across the breakfast room.
