Excellent stay in the heart of London

Liked:The location was great, right at the heart of Oxford Street and within walking distance of major London attractions. The room size was reasonable and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Disliked:The entrance was very confusing, and the hotel reception is on the first floor in the small entrance, which they will close at night. So if you are checking in at night, make sure you communicate with them, and someone should be there to open the entrance door for you and check you in.
