If it hadn’t been for the location, we would never have chosen this property.

Liked:The only positive aspect was the excellent location, right in Baker Street.

Disliked:Very disappointing stay. We stayed for a week and unfortunately experienced several problems from the very first day. The carpet was extremely dirty and stained, while the curtain was practically detached and falling apart. The biggest problem, however, was the bathroom: the shower and sink drains were completely blocked. Every time we took a shower, the water would not drain properly and the entire bathroom would flood. We reported this issue on the very first evening, but nothing was done about it for the entire week. The hairdryer was also not working. We reported it on the first day and the owner told us she would order a new one from Amazon, but after a whole week it had still not arrived. Moreover, although the apartment was booked for four people, towels were provided for only two, and we had to ask for the missing ones. Unfortunately, we found poor cleanliness, very little maintenance and, most importantly, no action was taken to solve the problems we reported. We would not recommend this property and we will definitely not stay here again.

Good deal for location and space

Liked:Very spacious appartment with everything you need for a family of 5. Bed sofa was big and comfortable. Even a washing machine is there. A/C was a big plus too zn summer. The location is just perfect. Within walking distance to two subway station. Plenty of restaurants near by and a grocery that has open till 11pm. Still it's quite at night and we felt very safe.

Disliked:The appartment would need some maintenance attention. Tap in bathroom is broken. TV is not working properly. A wooden board in the kitchen is coming off. We were also not very satisfied with the cleaning. Found several cosmetic items from the previous renters.

Served its purpose

Liked:Good location.

Disliked:It really needs a bit of money spent on it. Carpet has defo seen better days and marks all over the walls etc. the stairs to property where pretty dingy. They have made good use of the space. Very very hot though so struggled to sleep. Would stay again though if the price was right
