Enjoyed stay good staff Room for improvement in breakfast

Liked:Staff excellent we had a complaint about room on first night but when we Told them dealt with it strait away a gave us an upgraded room and could not have dealt with the problem any better very professional
Disliked:Breakfast on the second morning no fresh fruit not even a banana . There is room for improvement food served hot first thing but after 9 not so good smaller quantities served hot would be better etc

Perfect Location. Clean, spacious, comfortable Premium King Room.

Liked:Very good location, convenient store, subway train station & bus stop all within 5 minutes walk. The Premium Room with King bed is recommended, clean, spacious, nice layout. Bed are really comfortable & room is quiet on the highest floor, 8th. House keeping comes every 2 nights. The luggage storage after checkout was good, in a locked room & the staff do check the luggage tag one by one when taking out. Easy, around 10 minutes walk to the Big Ben bridge, another 5 minutes to Westminster Abbey. Another 5 minutes to the famous Downing Street but cannot go in, restricted area. London Eye is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Taking bus is the best way to go around London by using Google Maps which show step by step to the bus stop & live view as the bus move & where to get down. £1.75 per entry (by Credit card) to anywhere, no need to walk up & down subway staircase. Bus frequency is 5 to 10 minutes wait. Do book the attractions & shows online a few days earlier. Golden Tour offer many day tour outside the city at reasonable price, book online. Do pay a bit extra for the train Eurostar *Plus* class seat, really worth the extra money, with light meal and especially comfort. Book online, the earlier, the cheaper. Do use UBER car to get around certain places to save time & less walking.
Disliked:Basically none. Do use Google Maps & Bus to go around with UBER occasionally.

VERY GOOD HOTEL, JUST DON'T TAKE THIS ROOM FOR 3 PEOPLE

Liked:The politeness and helpfulness of the staff were very positive; in this regard, they deserve a perfect 10. The location of the hotel is perfect geographically, because you have access on foot to most of the attractions in central London. The room (Premium Studio on the 7th floor), despite the problems that I explain below, was clean, quiet and nicely decorated.
Disliked:Unfortunately, the room (Premium Studio on the 7th floor) was very small compared to the money we paid and unsuitable for the stay of 3 people, It should be limited to 2 people! Also it did not include breakfast in the price and the additional charge was high. The room did not have sufficient clothes cupboards, there was not enough space to move, there was no space at all for suitcases, and it did not even have free water in the fridge. The bathroom sink was clogged at our arival but was fixed the same day. There were no slippers and we had to request them, there was no daily cleaning and we had to request it. The area around the hotel is degraded, the surrounding streets are full of garbage, and there are homeless people perhaps drug addicts outside the nearby supermarket who often approach you aggressively.
