Perfect for London Palladium

Liked:Brilliant location. We were attending a show at the London palladium theatre so it was great to walk back easily after the performance. Very nice accessibility access room. Staff all friendly and professional.

Honestly for the money I paid; it is the worst luxury hotel. The hotel is more about Residence.

Liked:Just the Concierge at better, the breakfast crew are ok.

Disliked:They are behaving as new hotel with fake words of hospitality unlike the real and old Kensington Mandarin Oriental that deal with guess and treat them well, especially this is an expensive hotel.
