Unpleasant Stay, won’t return.

Disliked:-Bathroom was not adequately cleaned prior to our check in. For example Shower seat was not cleaned properly (accessible room) very grubby looking. Also toilet had residue on the seat and down the side of the toilet bowl. Strands of hair on the rubber bath mat and handheld shower head. The room itself was very clean though. -the bed was absolutely tiny. It felt like a small double bed which made the sleeping very squashed for two average sized people. This is odd as the room itself was very spacious in comparison to the tiny bed. - housekeeping staff speaking loudly and vacuuming at 9:45am whilst knocking on doors asking to clean rooms. For reference check out was at 12pm noon. -rude man on front desk (staff) I called in the morning to order full English breakfast to the room and he rudely told me breakfast can’t be delivered to my room and that I’d need to “come down, if you want that”.. Despite me calling the same front desk 5 mins prior to. Which his colleague told me I can still order breakfast as there is still 30 mins of breakfast service left. - the same rude male member of staff consistently rang the room phone at 12:04pm as we were literally making our way out of the door asking “ are you checking out?!” Again for reference check out was 12pm but he called up as if we were 30mins+ past the check out time. Overall had a really negative experience and would not return which is extremely unfortunate as we liked the location, the deco of the hotel overall and I am a Hilton Honors member. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel.

TV is basically useless, and the parking is a hassle. You have to call the concierge and wait around 5 to 10 minutes for

Liked:Clean and good amenities

Disliked:Tv useless, parking useless as have to call concierge and wait about 5/10 mins gate breaks and doesn’t open may aswell park outside somewhere, and is long as well as being expensive. Some rooms the bathroom / sink has no door so be wary. Irene is rude, Razia is amazing. But i got ‘upgraded’ seemingly to a lower priced room so double check if not happy
