Excellent location and clean rooms.

Liked:The hotel has an excellent location, right next to Hyde Park. Two Underground lines and several bus stops are within a short walking distance, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Disliked:The desk was not very practical as there was no mirror in front of it, and it was too small to provide enough space for personal belongings. The same adapters we had used without any problems at our previous hotel did not fit securely here. In the bathroom, there was no suitable place to dry towels, which sometimes led to dampness and odors. When we requested daily towel replacement for this reason, we felt unfairly judged as being unconcerned about water conservation and the environment, which we did not appreciate.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked:Convenient to Hyde Park and Oxford Street and the underground. Clean room and helpful friendly staff. Close to a laundromat which was handy.

Great value purpose built hotel.

Liked:Great value for money. Good to find a purpose built hotel with decent sized rooms and decent sound insulation. Better than most hotels in this area of London, (which are creaky converted townhouses). Really welcoming and helpful staff. Seemed to have been recently redecorated too.
