2nd stay - another decent experience

Liked:Second time staying here, this time in a twin room with my mum. *Loved the pool - we went for a swim before going out *Lovely views from the 5th floor room over the river and Canary Wharf *Prompt check-in and polite staff, especially as we were 15-30 mins before check-in opened *Requested more milk and firmer pillows during our stay and these were brought up when we got back to the room (as I'd left the DND on and they couldn't get in to do it when we were out apparently?) *Air conditioning worked well and not too loud *Love the location and the direct tunnel through to the O2 *No noise from neighbours or corridor heard *Shower was good and we loved the smell of the soaps etc *Coffee/tea facilities a nice touch, and two free water bottles *Good size room, big window and blackout curtains were excellent Would we stay again? Absolutely 👍

Disliked:*No slippers or gowns provided. Last time I stayed I had both of these but was in a different type of room? I feel for the price we pay they should come with all rooms *Still a shame we can't use the fridge to store our own things in (drink, sandwich) - it's a mini bar - with no prices (??!!) - and works on sensors apparently *Beds (twin room) were next to each other which felt weird and a bit imposing on the other person. I feel the bedside tables should be in between the beds to give personal space *Last time I stayed, the staff checked the pool every 15-20 mins which was a nice touch, this time however we only saw someone once in an hour *Hope to get my £100 held deposit back promptly

Great location for the o2 concerts+ very nice and comfort.

Liked:Great location for the O2 concert. Also I got a very nice view to the Thames. Also the staff was friendly. :)
