Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment

All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.

Important Information

Guests making a reservation for 9 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements. If you make a reservation for 9 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card with the cost of the entire reservation. Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival. We're unable to accept cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or contactless payment at check-in or check-out. For advance purchase bookings, the credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements. Breakfast can be enjoyed in Yeotown restaurant when inclusive in your rate. In-room dining breakfast is available at an additional charge.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Exceptional and marvellous

Liked:The property offers a super nice design. The whole concept in both the hotel facilities and the rooms had a warm tone that wants you to stay longer. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and always kind. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. Plus, it’s super close to Paddington Station and many buses routes, so it’s super quick to move in any type of transportation. Thank you for making our first married anniversary fantastic :)

Calm place in the center of London

Liked:The hotel is great, and a block away from Kensington Gardens, which is my favorite part of town to stay in. The whole place feels very welcoming and calm, staff is polite and helpful, and the aroma set in the room was a nice perk I didn't really know I'd love before trying it.
Disliked:I'm nitpicking here, since it was a great stay overall, but I feel the breakfast could've had a couple more options. Having said that, we'd probably repeat our stay here, we loved the place!

Liked:The hotel is very modern and in a great location. Staff was nice, we also used the "spa" facilities that although small were nice to have.
Disliked:The breakfast was tasty but too small, and not worth the price. I had to pay 6 pounds on top of the breakfast price because i wanted coffee with milk, and that was not included.

Lovely little hotel and great value

Liked:The staff were absolutely superb throughout my stay and couldn't have been more helpful. For the price of the room, the facilities (sauna, yoga studio, gym) are excellent, and the hotel itself is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely stay here again for work trips in the future.
