Disappointing

Liked:Nice bed

Disliked:Scammed to give £50 deposit on arrival,said is automatically refunded at midnight after you check out which is out of order, it’s the following day and I haven’t been refunded, staff rude, not recommending this hotel to anyone, no lift and four floors high

Small bed, but really nice location

Liked:The hotels location was great and the receiptionists were helpful. We got a second blanket and a lot of research help with specific questions. The bathroom was clean and had a nice size.

Disliked:The room was downstairs and it had no view at all. The bed was really small, even though it was booked for two people. The room was a little shabby and the sink in the bathroom really small.

Liked:Location is good. Easy to get around other places.

Disliked:- our room is on the 4th floor, so its a bit of an effort going up, some steep stairs - the kettle has a really short wire, you need to hold the kettle if you will use it which is dangerous.
